Judy Watson is a member of the board, and Jim and Judy are President’s Circle Contributors to the Associations activities and efforts.

The Judy Rodriguez Watson Public Art Program contributed $5,000.00 to Tachikawa Sister City Committee’s Sister City Sign Project. Judy Watson is a member of the Tachikawa Sister City Committee.
The Tachikawa-San Bernardino Sister City program has proposed a project that is a Community Initiative to develop a Sister Cities Sign Display. The project is to be sited on the brick walkway of San Bernardino City Hall beside the cascading stream and will be unveiled in 2013. The committee feels this project will be a historic and enduring educational statement about San Bernardino’s place in the global community.
