In 1961, Jim began purchasing properties in blighted neighborhoods and his developments always improved the existing neighborhood visually and economically. It was immediately apparent that nearby residential and commercial owners began making improvements on their own, enhancing their neighborhoods. 

From then until now, the company has been led by Jim’s conviction to seek out projects that will enhance peoples’ lives and transform entire communities.
